As a Health Coach, I won’t be pointing my finger at you nor will I tell you what’s best for you. Instead, I will support you with insights and tips tailored to you and your life. You will set your goals and together we will break them down into achievable actions. I will be there to hold you accountable for them, so you will reach or even surpass them! But most of all, I will support you in turning changes into lasting improvements.

Health coaching sessions
My aim is sustainable change for my clients. With the change of seasons, challenges around holidays and the impact of life events that may occur, I will be your accountability partner to support you in reaching your goals in your health and happiness. The coaching sessions will be one on one, but can also be in (corporate) group settings. I will meet you either via Skype or face to face in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. If helpful, I will use kinesiology in face to face sessions. I coach in English or Dutch, but understand French, Spanish, Italian and German too.
